This started with a mirror and a question I didn't want to answer. Not a dramatic rock-bottom moment — just the honest, uncomfortable realisation that the gap between who I was and who I wanted to be had stopped closing on its own.
Project Glorious Bastard exists because transformation isn't one thing. It's not just getting stronger. It's not just thinking clearer. It's not just presenting yourself better. It's all three, together, reinforcing each other.
Body fuels Brain. Brain sharpens Brand. Brand holds you accountable to both.
Most people try to fix one part of their life while ignoring the rest. Get fit but stay mentally scattered. Think clearly but never act on it. Build a brand but have nothing real behind it. This consultancy takes a cross-pillar approach — because that's how transformation actually works.
Every element earns its place. If it doesn't serve a purpose, it goes.
The brand whispers. The work speaks. No shouting, no gimmicks.
Sharp, considered, contemporary. Tradition in values, modern in expression.
Say it straight. No corporate fluff, no filler. If it needs saying, say it clearly.

Most challenges don't live in a single box. These three pillars work together — because that's how real change happens.
The Body pillar is where it starts — not because it's the most important, but because it's the most honest. You can't hide from a mirror.
Physical transformation teaches you discipline, patience, and the ability to show up on the days you don't feel like it. That transfers to everything else.
This covers health tracking and data interpretation, fitness strategy and consistency, nutrition and glucose awareness, recovery, sleep and energy management, and building sustainable physical habits.
Your thinking is the operating system that runs your life. If it's cluttered, reactive, or stuck in old patterns, nothing else works properly.
The Brain pillar is about building mental infrastructure: productivity systems that match how your mind actually works, habits that survive bad days, and the clarity to focus on what matters.
This covers ADHD-friendly strategies and structure, mindset shifts and self-talk patterns, decision fatigue and prioritisation, morning rituals, and daily architecture that sticks.
Brand isn't about logos and websites — it's about you. How you dress, how you carry yourself, how you speak, how you walk into a room. Your personal brand is the version of yourself that the world encounters every day.
Most men either ignore this entirely or perform a version of themselves that isn't real. This pillar is about aligning who you are on the inside with how you show up on the outside — with intention, confidence, and integrity.
This covers personal style and grooming, posture and physical presence, communication and how you speak, confidence and self-presentation, and building an authentic identity that represents who you actually are.

Written content across Body, Brain, and Brand. Not polished essays — just honest thinking from someone in the middle of the transformation, not looking back on it from the finish line.
Weekly writing that rotates across the three pillars. Some weeks it's about what happened at the gym. Some weeks it's about a productivity system that actually stuck. Some weeks it's about building a brand when you have no idea what you're doing yet.
The only rule: it has to be true. No content for content's sake. If there's nothing worth saying, you won't hear from me.
Wearing a CGM for 45 days changed how I think about food, energy, and the lie of "eating healthy."
I've abandoned every system I've ever tried. This one stuck. Here's why it's different.
Why anonymity isn't a limitation — it's a creative direction. And why mystique is underrated.

Body composition tracking. Weight is one number — this gives you the full picture.
Task management that works with ADHD, not against it. Clean, focused, no overwhelm.

Visual daily scheduling. See your day, don't just list it.
Distraction-free writing and thinking. No notifications, no apps — just pen and paper, digitised.
Daily posture check, grooming standards, and dressing with purpose. The brand starts before you leave the house.
Reflecting on how you show up, what you communicate, and whether your external matches your internal.
