Booking details: your name, email, and the answers you give when booking The 45 through our calendar provider (Cal.com). Used to run your booking and the session. Basis: the contract you enter when you book.
Contact messages: whatever you send us by email. Used to answer you. Basis: legitimate interest in responding.
Payment: when booking opens, payment is handled entirely by our payment provider (Stripe). We never see or store your card number. Basis: the contract; billing records are then kept as long as Portuguese tax law requires.
Technical data: server logs and strictly necessary cookies only - the ones the site needs to function. No analytics or advertising trackers. Basis: legitimate interest in a working, secure site. Under ePrivacy rules, strictly necessary cookies need no banner; if we ever add anything non-essential, we will ask first.

Glorious Bastard is coaching, not therapy, counselling, or a health service. What you share in a session may touch on health - a diagnosis, medication, a rough stretch. Under GDPR that is special-category data. We process only what you yourself choose to share in the session, and we keep no clinical records.
We prefer EU storage and processing where feasible, and we verify each supplier rather than assuming EU by default. Our calendar provider is Cal.com; our site is hosted by Framer. Billing records are kept as long as Portuguese tax law requires.
Booking and contact records are kept while the coaching relationship is active, then deleted or irreversibly anonymised within 30 days of it ending, unless the law requires longer.

You can request an export or deletion at any time by emailing hello@gloriousbastard.co.
Under GDPR you can access, correct, delete, export and restrict or object to processing of your data, and withdraw any consent at any time - withdrawing never makes earlier processing unlawful. We answer within one month. You can complain to the Portuguese supervisory authority, the CNPD (Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados).
