Glorious Bastard is a one-to-one coaching practice for men navigating a late ADHD diagnosis and the life around it: work, relationships, burnout, routines and self-doubt. Coaching here is straight, practical conversation from lived experience.
Glorious Bastard is not a clinic, therapy, counselling, medical advice or a crisis service. Nothing in a session, on this site, or in any message is medical advice. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line.
You must be 18 or older. No proof of diagnosis is required, and you never have to share your clinical history.
The 45 is a single 45-minute one-to-one session, booked in advance through the calendar link on this site.
Until 48 hours before the start time, you can cancel for a full refund or reschedule for free.
Within 48 hours of the start time, you can reschedule once; that late change is not refunded.
If you don’t turn up, the slot and the payment are forfeited.
These rules never override your statutory consumer rights, including the right of withdrawal where it applies. When you book, you ask for the session to be scheduled immediately; if you withdraw within 14 days and the session has not yet happened, you are refunded in full.
Prices are shown inclusive of VAT and any other taxes, as EU consumer law requires.
Frank talk is the point. Ordinary swearing is fine. Abusive behaviour toward the coach ends the session without refund.
What you say in a session stays in the session. Legal disclosure obligations under Portuguese and EU law still apply, and if something suggests you or someone else may be at risk of harm, the coach may point you to professional and emergency resources. Glorious Bastard also runs The Bastard, a separate private online community at thebastard.app, which has its own terms and privacy notice. Nothing on this page creates a membership there.

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Nothing in them limits the mandatory consumer rights you hold under EU or Portuguese law. If these terms change, the change appears here before it takes effect.
